PEPR MoleculArXiv Workshop 2026
Publié le
The French MoleculArXiv research programme is organizing its second workshop on April 29-30, 2026, in Rennes, France.
This exploratory research program on information storage on DNA and synthetic polymers is unique in that it brings together people with very diverse scientific profiles and sensibilities, working in fields ranging from chemistry to signal theory, microfluidics, sequencing biology, and bioinformatics.
In line with this transdisciplinary project, the aim of the MoleculArXiv workshop is to bring together researchers from different scientific backgrounds working in the field of data storage based on synthetic DNA or other artificial polymers. The goal is to share recent advances in this field, both from a theoretical and practical perspective. The non-exhaustive list of topics that will be covered during the workshop will include:
- DNA / Polymer synthesis and sequencing
- Data encoding in DNA / Polymer
- Source/Canal coding for DNA storage
- Data retrieval and decoding
- Molecular database management & Security
- Emerging applications and use cases
